He lives in Madrid since he began his architecture studies at the ETSAM, where he would later start teaching classes as a professor of Architecture, with, curiously, Javier Carvajal, another famous architect in Spain.

I have personally chosen this architect for the variety of techniques that you find in his works and how he uses them in the right environment. Here is an example of the works that I liked the most.

Reflection about : «Quiero ser un arquitecto» by Campo Baeza

After reading this inspirational text, its clear for me that study architecture is no impossible as some people says. Campo Baeza trys to answer all the questions that students have in this book, and define the architecture career as a hard and beautiful career that trains artists.

What Baeza explains is than an arquitect is a artist and a technician who makes people’s dreams come true.

Finally, after reading this book, I have a clearer idea of being an architect, and the responsibility that this entails. Last year I didn’t have the goal of studying architecture, it was just in my options, but little by little I’m realizing (thanks to these books) that being an architect is much more than you might think at first.
